All prices are subject to 20% VAT and to alteration without notification.
Carriage Charges
UK Mainland carriage charge will apply to all orders below £75.00. Free carriage will apply to all orders above £75.00
Carriage fees apply to the rest of the UK and Ireland as below
Republic of Ireland – £8.95
Channel Islands – £ 9.95
Scottish Highlands – £15.00
Free carriage to any of the above for orders above £250.00
All deliveries are on a standard 3-5 day unless otherwise stated
Returns Policy
Returns will not be accepted on personalised products unless faulty. All returns must be authorised before return using the contact details below

On receipt all goods will be inspected. Refunds will only be issued if goods are in a resalable , unused condition in the original packaging.
Postage costs will not be refunded. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Damages , Non Delivery & Shortages
In case of Non Delivery the seller must be notified within 72 hours if dispatch notification.
In the case of damage or shortage seller must be notified within 5 days of delivery.
Complaints after these timelines will not be considered.
Payments
For non-account customers , orders will be based on a Pro forma basis. Payment can be made by cash , card , Bacs , PayPal.
A 30 day credit account is available on request and at completion of a credit account application form and satisfactory credit checks.
Specification
The customer will be wholly responsible for checking the products are entirely appropriate for the use and application to which they are purchased for.
The specifications and descriptions of the goods online and in the catalogue have been supplied by manufacturer and at time of publication were up to date and correct. We are subject to rights claimed by manufacturers to change specifications at any time it therefore the buyers duty to check specification prior to order. Whilst we will advise to the best of knowledge we will not recommend products for any application and purchase of items is solely at the buyers discretion.
